Alkyl Polyglucosides (APG) are non-ionic surfactants derived from renewable plant-based raw materials: natural fatty alcohols and glucose. It features low surface tension, good solubility, strong detergency, high tolerance to electrolytes and strong alkali, plus favorable thickening effect. It can be synergistically compounded with non-ionic and ionic surfactants to significantly boost formulation mildness. It generates abundant, stable and fine foam. Non-toxic, low-irritating, skin-compatible and readily & completely biodegradable.
